Shipping and Replacement

All the products ordered on BlueTree are dispatched within 2 days of ordering unless the products are ordered during a pre-order sale in which the date of shipment varies according to the pre-order sale.

Once the products are dispatched, the buyers are sent an email containing the details about the shipment and tracking ID.

If in case one receives a faulty product/ product which doesn't matches the specifications mentioned in the order, mail us the picture of the product you received on contact@bluetree.store within 7 days of receiving the product.
